FS Feeler: Tung 5 String

FS feeler – I recently picked up this rare Tung 5 and love this bass, but have another on the way (literally) and per my wife can only have so much stuff. This is only a feeler because I want to make sure I like the new one as much as I think I will, but on the chance I don’t I want to keep the Tung and will just flip the new one. Most of the TB’ers know about Tungs so I will spare the details. This is a rare early 90’s custom build – zebrawood body and fretboard. Bartolini PU’s are now wired passive, but you could add a preamp if you like, it used to have an Aggie in it – I think it sounds better passive. Very lightweight (prob 8 lbs or less) and the thinnest, fastest neck you can imagine. Super tight B also.

I am going to try and get out for the Columbus OH GTG this Saturday so may bring it if anyone local is interested also and wants to play it.
