Selling my 76 T-bird. Need money to fund some other gas projects and i already have 2 other gibbys so this guy needs to go. Natural finish version, 1976 model with the "76" on the bird logo. Good shape for its age, nicks and dings and finish checking but never had a neck job which is rare on all the vintage birds. Truss rod turns fine (at some point it slighty bowed out, but was fixed long ago, some checking where it bowed on neck), 3 point bridge works as well. One of the tone knobs had the top crack off but this is purely cosmetic. Also had one small wood piece redone that was done extremely well with similar color wood on the input jack, again purely cosmetic. Comes with OHSC and the bridge cover.

$2200 shipped OBO. id love to do a local sale but i can ship if need be. ill post more pics up tonight.

    T-birdwithbridgecover.

Nostalgic bump! I bought one new and rocked it hard across the midwest in the Great Disco War. We won!
Mine was Black, and I won't tell you what I paid in '77:eek:
This is a good deal here folks, I've seen beaters around this price and this looks nice w/ original case

Rosewood. Didnt know ebony existed on any old birds except maybe the black ones.

EDIT: all bicentennial models (1976-1979) had rosewood fretboards according to Flyguitars.com.

1855 total T-birds made of this type and only 467 of them were in natural.
