Well, I had two deadbeat ebay buyers in a row so here we are.

Fender American Vintage USA made '57 Reissue with a new tweed case and case candy. I am really a 5 stringer and just keep seeing this beauty unplayed. I kept this as a fallback in case I just didn't dig the 5 string. It is, quite literally, in like new condition. No dings, dents, scratches, rash...nothing. Has a new set of flats on it. Truly one of the nicest neck and fretboard combinations ever. Nice rounded edge maple board with a great fast feel. Very comfortable and light weight with warm tones, can be really punchy as well. Tones are very dependent on the strings you use (flats or round wounds).

Even has case and case candy. The covers are not drilled in, I only set them on so you could see it in full dress. This is a great bass. This is a great deal. I need to sell this to fund another 5 String. Sadowsky Metro or Lull. I would do a trade just for one of these mentioned only + cash from me.
    Thank you

The serial number on the neck plate is V199826. I find Fenders dating description on their website a little convoluted. So does that serial number denote 1998?
