Ok, I hope I don't reget this later but my lovely Jazz Bass has gone all but unplayed since I got my '82 Fullteron P-bass back in the spring. I bought it brand new direct from Japan in early 2005. It's all stock except for a series/parallel push/pull tone pot and orange drop cap. Old Lake Placid Blue poly finish with matching headstock (not sure if you can get this color anymore or not). I believe the body is ash (I don't know the exact weight but it is kinda heavy). Maple neck with bound rosewood fretboard and pearl blocks. Pickups are Fender USA vintage. Conditional overall is excellent. The neck is straight and there's minimal fret wear. Truss rod works fine. The "bullet" never stuck out very far. There are a few small dings, mostly on the bottom edge where you'll never see them, and none of the them is through the color coat. It includes a Fender deluxe padded gig bag and all the original tags and papers as well as allen wrenches for the bridge and truss rod and the original tone pot. I think the photos pretty much say everything else.
Price is $900 shipped CONUS. Paypal preferred.
Not interested in trading for anything right now.

    Beautiful '75 CIJ ! :)

My '75 CIJ/J-Retro is my go-to bass. Whoever gets this, hard color to find, CIJ will feel the same way .... they just play so darn nice!

Good luck with the sale BUMP. :)

Very nice. If I weren't as broke as I are, I'd snap that right up. Good luck, and yes, I think I'd miss it if I were in your shoes.

True dat. It's a hard color to photo. It changes a lot depending on the light. That and my camera is like 6 years old and sucks. :)

These CIJ Fenders are real sleepers, really just as good as the US ones. I traded off one of these, and have regretted it. This is a beauty! Somebody buy this!

Bump with a small price drop. Hopefully it will still be in one piece after the hurricane. :)
