    SOLD!

I'm willing to part out a Fender Classic Series 60's Jazz Bass that I have for sale. They are in excellent shape but not mint.

The bottom side corner of the bass where the largest offset is located has a ding that is in the typical spot to get dinged for a Jazz Bass. There are also some small scratches in that general area as well. Also, the neck has a couple of small indentations that are near impossible to photograph but they are there. Also, I believe the electronics (pots, wiring & jack) were changed out and upgraded. Finally, the neck appears to have been de-glossed, as it feels closer to a satin finish. It definitely has a nice feel to it.

Please, no trade offers at this time.

    Thanks for looking!

You can swap the necks between the two basses but they are not the same neck.

Here are some differences that I know of.

Classic 50s neck - American Standard
7.5" radius - 9.5" radius (although I'm not 100% sure on this one)
Vintage Tint Gloss neck - Satin finish
Vintage frets - Medium Jumbo frets
Reverse winding tuners - Standard winding tuners
No graphite rods - Graphite rods
Fender logos on the headstock are different too.
