    SOLD - that was quick!
Minty, like new; the footswitch is still in the plastic wrapper.
$400 shipped CONUS. I don't have the original box, but everything else is included.

I don't get the reviewers who say they cannot get dirty tones out of these - I can dial in oodles of gain! The biamp feature works really well, too. I like it a lot, but I have settled on a couple of good old heads instead of a pre/power amp rig. Out of the preamps I have tried (Demeter, Ampeg, ART), this is the sweetest, warmest one.

What did you like better about the TBP-1 over the Demeter? (Which Demeter, BTW?) I have the HBP-1 and am still undecided if I can get a vintagey enough tone out of it. Hifi is easy, but I'm not a hifi guy. Are you the original owner of this pre?

BTW: Possible tradebait + cash from me.
Aguilar TLC Compressor. I am original owner. Like new, velcroed to pedal board, played with about a dozen times.
Tech21 VT Bass. I am original owner. Like new. Velcored to PB. Has been played, but works perfectly.
Presonus Studio Channel. I am original owner. Not positive on trading this as I like it...but possible.

I had the original old 1.5 rack space Demeter preamp. You nailed the description - beautifully hi-fi and "immediate"; kind of the opposite of vintage-sounding, to my ears. The Fender is much warmer, rounder, old-school sounding. I like the ability to blend in the overdrive with the cleaner tones. I bought it from the original buyer, who basically never used it. I'll PM you about trades. Thanks!
