SOLD FS/FT - Bassman 135 Tube w/ 2x15 Cab

I really don't want to do this, but I think I need to put up for sale or trade my Bassman 135 stack. I don't know the exact year, but this is a 79-81 Bassman 135. It was in rough cosmetic shape when I bought it, so I have refinished it with Duratex, and a new maroon grille cloth. Maybe not 100% vintage, but it looks pretty sexy I think. Anyway, I completed my divorce in the spring, and I have to face facts that I am going to be going to an apartment for at least a bit, so I need to downsize.

The amp itself is just awesome. It's warm and punchy, very vintage but very usable. I think in the right setting it wouldn't just be usable, but a very worthy gigging amp. All electronics are in great shape, caps are in great shape. The cabinet is quite usable, it is not the thin Bassman that are known to be horrid, it actually sounds pretty nice.

I am asking for $600 for the stack, willing to listen to offers for cash [DEL]or for trade. I don't need any guitars, but I'd be willing to listen to a trade for a good used amp. I am looking to trade/put money towards either the Tonehammer 500 or the GK 700RB just as an FYI.[/DEL]

I am in the DE/Philly/Baltimore area. So this is a pickup/meeting kind of deal. For certain the cab makes it impractical to sell and ship online. If your a drive, PM me and we can see if we could come to a meeting agreement.
