Looking to change things up again! :)
I have a MINT Carvin ICON 4P (piezo-equipped) bass I'd like to trade for a Carvin SB4000 (ideally, fretted, active/passive electronics, lighter than 9.5 pounds).

If I can't find anyone willing to trade - I would also consider selling for $850. I believe this bass would sell for approx. $1,600 new.
Comes in a (close to mint) Carvin hard case. Some paperwork included.

Hurry - before I come to my senses! :)

A few pics of this BEAUTIFUL bass...

    Wednesday (mid day) BUMP!

The piezo pickup in this bass is very musical and usable!
Believe me - I won't be all that disappointed if it stays home. :)

good price point here...the weight/balance on these basses = incredible...barely know they are strapped to your shoulder...at least that's how mine was.

I've got one in perfect shape, piezo, fretted, light weight, passive/active, no issues whatsoever.
(Please don't tell my wife that my G.A.S. has come back!)

    Yes!
Sorry, Talkbass was having issues the other day - I thought it was me!
As soon as I get home from work I'll make it happen.

Thanks for even considering this - you are a G.A.S. enabler!!!!!!

    :)

Free bump - really like my Icon - sits well in the band mix. Incredible build quality.

    Someone buy this!

    Thanks, EGGMAN!

Again - only reason I'm looking to sell/trade is due to an "itch" to have a "new toy." This bass IS top notch!

That is how I wish mine turned out. I got the umber stain, and it turned out waaaaay to dark. I wish I just had the beautiful natural maple look of this one. Bump, and wish I could justify having this one.

Started playing this bass last night - getting easier and easier to just let it stay here. :)

At this point - I'm probably going to pull the listing this weekend, if there is no more trade or purchase interest.

Given the rarity of these ICONS coming up for sale - I would have though I would have got more interest in it.

If you've been "on the fence" on this bass, you might want to make a move soon. :hyper:

Played it again last night - and I think she's going to stay with me, at least - for now.

    Closing the thread!
