This is a beautiful Conklin GT7 with a great quilted top. 2 band stock bartolini preamp with 2 bart soapbars. Great condition, only a VERY tiny scuff on the upper horn. I'll get pics up later. It's for sale for $699.99 plus shipping. I'm open to all trades.

    What comes with the package:
You get the bass, the case, an extra set of smith strings, a strap, and a free WGBH Pen that I got at first night. All yours for $699.99+S/H

    Trades:
A Stingray 5 with a maple FB is my most wanted trade at this point. I need a 5er. But I'll take 4 string trades too. G&L 4 strings are cool, fretlesses would also be cool. Money is also good.

    PRICE DROP $699.99+shipping.

Yes, unless it has been replaced the preamp is made by Mighty Mite.

The 7 string Groove Tools have always had Barts. That was the incentive for buying the big guy....

It's true that the GT-7 has Bart pickups, but the preamp is actually a Mighty Mite. The preamp looks like this: Mighty Mite preamp

Also, the GT-7 pickups actually have a preamp in the pickups themselves in addition to the Mighty Mite. They are not standard Bartolini pickups.

I believe that's for the Bill Dickens model only and that only specifies the Parametric Frequency Selector..

You could write and ask Bill but I'm pretty confident in saying the the preamp in the standard GT-7s are from Mighty Mite (unless Bartolini builds them for MM that is)..

  15. Is there a pic of this thing yet? Please tell me it has black hardware. Anything but gold.
