FS/FT: EBS Valvedrive = Tubey Goodness

EBS Valvedrive in excellent condition with stock 12v AC 500ma Power Adapter.

Excellent vintage sounding tube overdrive pedal. I've been using it as an always on preamp, and a source for slight mellow hair on my tone for a blues project.

Sound clips on the EBS website all sound fairly aggressive as far as overdrive goes, but this pedal EXCELS at subtle and vintage tones. The pedal uses a Fender style tone stack, meaning "flat" is around Treble on 2, Mid maxed, Bass on 2. I normally run it about Treble 5, Mid 8, Bass 3.

Here's a sound clip that start with the Valvedrive off, then goes from Mild to Max overdrive settings on it, and also punching in the Vintage mode which is more fuzzy/overdrive than the modern mode. The EQ settings are about what I show above, and the clips are played on a Schecter Studio5 with custom Kent Armstrong pickups (modern sounding), Aguilar OBP-3, and broken in DR Sunbeam strings.
