1982 Rickenbacker 4001. Azureglo color, which is discontinued. If you ever see Midnight Blue and Azureglo next to each other you'll noticed that they're different, but it's easily mistaken for it. Ever seen the anime show FLCL? Well, this is pretty similar to that one, except it doesn't have the old toaster pickup and is right handed. POSSIBLE ISSUES: None really. The usual fret wear from it being old and played. Two of the knobs are missing the silver stickers. I never bothered to replace them cuz I thought it looked cool, but spare knobs are really cheap and easy to obtain. It has a couple obvious dings as the pictures show. I had a tech do a setup awhile back and the truss rods were a little wonky, but he said he set them back in place. It's pretty clean. $1500 (INCLUDES SHIPPING for Continental US). Paypal preferred. If you're local I'll do it for $1400 straight up plus you have the advantage of looking at it in person. Comes with an old hard case. Trades: - G&L basses, preferably an SB-1 or SB-2. My favorite colors are redburst and purple metallic. Tributes are cool, too. - A nice Fender Precision or Jazz. - Lakland Skyline DJ or JO I really hate to do this, but with the rising cost of Ricks these days I just don't feel comfortable playing out with them, especially on my limited budget and the fact that I work with kids. I don't want to baby my instruments. I want to play them! That being said this baby doesn't get nearly enough play time, so I'd much rather hand it over to someone that'll give it attention. Love it in every way, but my L-2000 is used way more and is much easier for me to play. I might end up changing my mind, but I thought long and hard about it. I'm definitely entertaining offers though.
