    Serial No.006

This bass was the bass that Bass Player used to review the Lakland Jerry Scheff model in the November 2001 issue. I have the certificate of authenticity from Steve "Dude" Barr of vintagebass.com If this is of signifigance to any of you.

The bridge pickup is much closer to the bridge and the neck pickup is much closer to the neck than average jazz bass spacing. Due to the pickup spacing, this bass has a very interesting sound and is very vintage-y and warm although it's not good for "hi-fi" slap tones. It's a fun little bass but not really my thing. The bass is in near mint condition.Comes with G&G tolex case.

    $1500 O.B.O. Any inquiries(more pics,scan of certificate,trade offers,purchase offers etc...) should be sent to Adam at adamisabassist@aol.com

I prefer a trade so e-mail with what you have. Particularly looking for a Modulus 5 or Thumb NT 5.
