    So here it is folk...

Wicked cool Nordy vJ5 string. I love my Nordy to death, but I've been itching for an F-Bass, even if it is a lateral move.

NO issues. When I got it originally, there were some intonation issues along with a loose fret. I invested hundreds of dollars in a makeover, setup, redress, etc. Very very minor player wear. Again, ALL taken care of! This baby packs a serious wallop, and is really great for every style of music. And it's actually really light, actually lightest bass I own.

    Specs:

    - Super light ash body, natural finish
    - Birdseye maple board
    - Fatstacks w/coil tap
    - Aguilar OBP-3
    - Mouradian Gig Bag
    - Comes with a tort pickguard custom made for the bass, as well. Unattached, undrilled.

Asking for $1800 firm, priced for quick sale. Or trade for an F-Bass BN-5. I probably won't want anything else.

    Paypal is fine.

    Here's the original thread:

<edit> I didn't mean to imply anything negative about the original seller. All those issues were most likely minor weather related things. I just touched it up, got it setup and wanted to assure anyone that may be really really nitpicky. Greg's a really great guy and I really do love this bass!

Postal scale: 8 lbs, 10.4 oz

All this chatter about my bass is making me want to keep it again...but I'll give it a few days.

got any pictures of just the bass dead on? don't get me wrong, love the artsy photos in the original thread, but i'd love to see the full bass dead on (not a fancy angle) in a single picture. would also love a dead on picture of just the body please.

Forgot to mention Verdine White signed the back of the headstock. Hope it's not a turn off!

And again the pickguard is unattached. No screws used.

Should've gotten a better body shot of it. Darn.

Oh and that's where the Verdine White autograph came from as well.

    Robert,

You may become the new Nordy dealer if you keep buying these things.

Nice score. I will have to drop by and take a look next time I am in town.
