    Hey guys!

This is a continuation of an old thread that I can no longer edit. You may have seen this one before and if you responded, I appreciate it. Closing that one as it's become cluttered as well.

This is a Roscoe LG3005. Features include:

Figured Thuya Burl top and matching headstock
    Ash body
Maple neck with Bolivian Rosewood board
    Bart pickups with Bart pre
    Black hardware
    18mm spacing
Weighs ~10 pounds (or a shade less)

Asking price is a no-fee payment of $1985 OBO shipped CONUS. I will consider trades of 34-34.5-inch scale basses with 18mm spacing that weigh less than ~10 pounds. I'll especially welcome trades that yield me $1000+ in cash, but FIVE-STRINGS ONLY.

Please, please, please NO WARWICK or Spector trades! Or any other baseball-type necks, either for that matter. Main reason I'm selling off my Roscoes is to get back to smallest necks possible due to increasing arthritiis in my thumbs. I love my Roscoes, but they're starting to get uncomfortable for me. Otherwise, I'd be keeping them.

Bump for a beautiful Roscoe! I love that Thuya Burl top!

Looks to me like black hardware though (not chrome).

Of course I love black hardware!:)

Really hoping this lasts until I get my bonus check...

  15. Hello,

Do you have any links to recordings of this bass? Also, does the bass come with a case?

    Thank you,
    Colin

Sorry no sound clips, and no way to make any. It's got a really "warm" sound to my ears, like mahogany or Spanish Cedar, but it's Ash. Classic Roscoe tone...in fact, I think it sounds more "Roscoe" than all of my Roscoes. If that makes sense.

Yes, it comes with a semi-hard Pro-Tec case.

    Sorry for any confusion.

Well, I'll bet we can work something out! I'd love to do a trade for something with a 34-inch or 34.5-inch scale. Sado Metro, Smith, F-Bass, Nordy, Pavel, etc.

    Plus/minus cash....
