FS/FT Trace Elliot V-Type Preamp

For sale or possible trade is a Trace V-Type preamp. Supposed to be a lot like the Alembic F-1x preamp. I like the sound of this but I'm just not using this preamp as much as I thought I would so figured I would offer it up here. Everything seems to function as it should and it sounds great but I'm just looking for a different sound right now. A little rack-rash but nothing major. Face is pretty clean. Let me know if you need better pics.
I bought it for $350 for it in Dec 2012 (from a fellow TB'er) and haven't used it too much at all. So I will start out at $350 obo shipped and work from there. Here is a list of possible trades I would be interested in:

Genz Benz Neo Pak 3.5
Ampeg preamp (SVTIIP would be nice)
4 String basses valued around $300-400 range
Epi TBird pro 4
MIM Jazz or Precision 4 string with rosewood fretboard
Nicer Squier Jazz or Precision (not Affinity) with rosewood fretboard
Nice Jazz neck with rosewood/ebony/etc board (neck from a Jazz Special or Aerodyne would be cool)
Open to other ideas including trade+$$. Shoot me an offer worst I can do is say no thanks.

I am not sure if this is going to answer your question, but I think the preamp is just like the T.E. V-type 5001, 300H, and 600H hybrid heads without the solid state power section.
