I have too many basses. I need to move a few. Both are these are great basses just not being used.

    1. Yamaha 425. Excellent condition EXCEPT where I tried to put in dunlop straploks and the screw broke inside of the bass. But the original strap buttons on it. Sounds and plays great! No other markings except that. $325 shipped within CONUS

    2. Peavey Forum. Picked this up on a whim. I was looking for a stingray like 4 string. Sounds great and really a great value. Not quite a Stingray, but has a good active 2 band EQ and is in excellent condition. Includes original hardshell case. $225 Shipped CONUS

As far as trades, not really looking for much. Top of my list today is:

    1. Bergantino 112 (HT, AE, HD)
    2. SUB bass (4 or 5)
    3. Demeter Preamp
    4. OLP 4 string Stingray copy
    5. Squier CV P bass 60s
    6. Sadowky pedal DI

As always, try me, I might be interested... and +/- cash as need.
Attached are a few quick pics. I will take more later

  3. Both of these are great basses. Anyone looking for a backup, a first bass, or just something new can't go wrong with either of these. Those Forum's are hard to find, and the price on these is underrated for the high American quality of the build. If it was the five sting version, especially the purple one, I'd be all over it.

Thanks for the comments! These really are great basses. No negatives at all. Peavey has made some really great basses throughout the years. This is definitely one.

The only reason the Yamaha is going is that I have a Nordy PJ5. If I don't sell it, I'll put flats on it.
