SOLD FS: G&L Tribute L-2500

Hey Y'all,

I had this up, pulled and am putting it back up.

If you know G&Ls you know that the L-series produce a wide array of tones from their dual MFD humbuckers with series/parallel switching, passive/active/active+treble boost preamp and 2-band eq the operates in passive mode. They crank out massive low end and tend towards the vintage-ey growly side of the spectrum.

It's in very nice shape and will ship in a Fender gig bag. It's strung with TI Powerbass strings.

G&L SB-1, SB-2 or JB-2 (US, 1.5" nut width, under 9 lbs), possibly 1st gen SB2 or Lynx

working a trade would probably either need my BBT500H included or sold to make up the value difference

 

The serial number is 05059556 - length indicates MIK vintage and I'm guessing 2005 (MIK vintage from serial number length is from the G&LDP registry info, 2005 is a guess assuming first digits are year). Also no "Indonesia" stamp like on my Trib JB2.

It has a small Tribute/large G&L on the headstock, Tribute on the bridge (I didn't know they could be mixed like this - my 1st gen Trib SB2 has large Tribute on headstock/Tribute on bridge, my Trib JB2 has large G&L on headstock/G&L on bridge - I didn't know they came with large G&L on headstock/Tribute on bridge until I got this one)
