I've realized G&L's really aren't my thing, but this is still a really nice bass. Ash body, natural gloss finish, maple fingerboard. I've had the frets professionally dressed by a very good local guy, and it's strung up with brand new DR Hi-beams. It plays real clean with a very straight neck and low action.

It has a tiny bit of player wear and finish scratches but no dings or dents. Also, currently there is some japanese writing on the electronics cover that translates to "Japan Tour 2006" but I'm going to try to replace the cover and keep it for myself. :)

$400 shipped, comes with a G&L gigbag and documentation.

hehehe nope! Right now I've been stocking up on basses that make me happy to play but are *really* cheap (SX4, SX5, Ibanez GWB35) to tide me over until the Stambaughs start rolling in.

I'll get them tonight after work.

  6. until the stambaughs start rolling in? sounds like a parade of stambaughs are coming in

That's the plan. :) I want to have at least one in construction until I get the four I have planned finished.

I'm trying to get a replacement for that cavity cover and it's taking a little while. If I can't by the time the bass sells I'll mail you the replacement as soon as I get it and I'd ask VERY NICELY that you mail me back the one that's on there. It's sentimental. :)
