Time to thin the herd and get some economic stimulus coming this way. All of these basses are in like-new condition. No trades at this time, PayPal preferred, CONUS on these as well.

PM me or e-mail at: dmpiano{at}comcast{dot}net

First up: the Gibson Supreme SG:

One of 400 made from the Gibson GOTW series. Flame maple, lots of bright, full tone. This one has been upgraded with Hipshot Supertone Bridge - sustain for days now, and Hipshot Ultralite tuners which took care of any neckdive concerns.

Mint condition, OHSC, currently strung with D'Addario Chromes. The headstock and bridge installation were professionally done by my luthier. The only blemish is where the original tuner holes were, hopefully the pic shows this ok.

*GASP* ANOTHER PRICE DROP - GIBSON SG: $1050 Shipped! CONUS

    GIBSON THUNDERBIRD: SOLD

And a "new" Bill Nash JB-75 I picked up in January. If you've played a Nash, you know what all the hype is about. He's a master luthier who "distresses" brand-new basses into vintage-vibe players. The neck on this is to die for with the nitro finish.

I've upgraded the headstock with a decal from Factory Guy and made into a "Freddy Fender" now. :D Also comes with original soft case.

I'm a bit confused. Has the definition of "like-new" been recently changed and I missed the bulletin?

The bass was finished that way. It's called a "relic" job.

That's what I was alluding to in the first post - Nash builds them that way. Here's a link to his website, but there's not a lot of detail on the process on how he builds them:

So the nitro finish has been "aged" or "reliced" on this neck and its the most comfortable one I've played. It really feels like a 70's era F**der bass.
