Up for sale is a 2009 (according to the serial number sheet on Lakland's website) Bob Glaub Precision Bass. The bass is translucent white and has a Tortoiseshell Pickguard. The fingerboard is rosewood, the body looks like ash, and there are birdseye maple fret markers. The bass also has a Jazz pickup in the rear position, a $400 upgrade per the Lakland website.

If you'll observe in the pictures, the plastic is still on the pickguard, it is starting to peel off in places. I do have the pickup cover and will include it with the sale, I can provide pictures of it if needed.

The bass is in fantastic shape and sounds wonderful, and it comes with the hardshell case.

Bathroom scale says the bass weighs 8.6lbs.

$2100 Shipped in the Continental USA. The only trade I'll consider discussing is a Nordy 4-string.

Pics from the iPhone, I can break out the big camera if needed:

Does it have the jazz taper neck, 1.5 nut width?

From an observer's viewpoint who owns 8 Jazz basses
it looked like a Jazz 1 1/2" neck in the pictures to me,

but on second look . . . now I'm not sure! could be a P-neck.
Better wait for the seller to measure to be sure.

PS: This is an example of a totally useless entry . . . LOL . . . sorry!

In fact . . . now on my third look,
    my money's on it being a P-neck.

There are no useless entries! I have to admit I don't think about the size when I play, I'm just trying to see if it's comfortable. This bass is really comfortable to play and sounds fantastic. I'm not normally a passive bass guy but this one sounds great even with straight DI with no EQ.

These Lakland Glaubs are very special basses. Very professional tone, amazing feel to the necks.
