SOLD FS: MIA Fender Precision Bass w/OHSC

This is 1997 Fender American Standard Precision Bass. The bass has a clear natural finish and black 3 ply pick guard. The bass has some minor nicks and surface scratches on the finish of the body but they are tough to see (and photograph) since the bass has a natural finish. On a scale of 1 to 10 I would rate this about a 7.5 to 8. The bass overall plays really nice and sounds excellent.

I took this to a professional luthier and had the frets leveled and dressed and had them do a professional setup while they were at it. The hardshell case is in excellent condition with no cracks or scratches anywhere on it. The bass has a brand new set of DR Hi Beam Flatwounds on it (medium gauge) and I have a spare set I will throw in with it. The bass has a brand new vintage style electronics assembly made by Rothstein guitars so the pots, wiring and output jack are all new.

I am not playing out anymore and am just downsizing to 1 bass so I am unloading this. It is a great bass and it was a very difficult decision to sell it. I am asking $600 shipped CONUS. $550 local pickup.

** Some additional info per questions from users. This bass does not have the S1 switch. The bass weighs approx. 9.5 lbs and there are no dead spots anywhere on the neck. The neck is perfectly straight and the bass has been professionally setup with a complete fret leveling/dressing.**
