Great top on this one - birds eye maple fretboard too. Undersized jazz body, ash I believe, Bartolini pre amp and Lindy Fralin single coil pick-ups. Very light weight, plays like butta with no issues. No dings or scratches - it's in great condition.

The pre & controls are 1. volume, 2. blend, 3. passive tone control with a push/pull passive-active knob (like the Sadowsky VTC), and 3. stacked bass & treble knob. Can get both modern tones and old school vintage vibe; Sounds fantastic in both active and passive modes. Comes with a vintage style tweed hard case.

$1500 shipped to continental U.S. only. No trades. Paypal accepted.

Great looking bass. Can you email the pic with current hardware to me at elliottcomm@pobox.com?
Got a precise weight for Mikey? Thanx.

Pic on the way. I'll try to get a weight this evening but all I have is a cheap bathroom scale. I would say it is 8lbs, maybe even just below that. It's lighter that the Sadowskys I have owned if that helps.

Regarding the weight - my cheapo bathroom scale indicates 8 lbs... which means it's somewhere between 8 and 9. It feels light to me based on others I have owned that weighed close to 9 lbs.

    [Sulu] Oh my! [/Sulu]

I'm not anywhere in the area to purchase this unfortunately, but if possible I'd love a set of pics at scarred2112@hotmail.com simply for my collection.

Good luck, and with that top I can't imagine you'll be waiting long for a buyer. :)

I would like to have this Bass. I need a good solid gigging 4-string. Too bad you aren't interested in trades.

    Beautiful bass!

I would love to own a Lull oneday if I could only get over the looks of the headstock.

I have a bass that has an absolutely beautiful headstock really sweet.
It doesn't play very well and come to think of it, it doesn't sound very good either.
I was just wondering are you interested? LOL
    :D
All kidding aside if you want to get over it... just play one!

I wasn't wild out the headstock design at first but it grew on me. I didn't like the Valenti head stock at first either but I ended up buying one of those too...
