  1. I've had this one about a month and it's definatly a smokin' bass. But between my Ken Lawrence and a custom I have on order, it's sitting in the middle. Plus I kinda have my eye on a certain fretless...:ninja:

It's a Lakland Darryl Jones 5-string in MINT condition. The only marks I can see are a tiny pinprick down under the lip of the bridge and a very small ding on the edge of the headstock (right under the "K" of Lakland). It had a full refret recently. Was upgraded with a sweet pearloid pickgaurd, and with Lindy Fralin pickups.

Here's a soundclip of the bass:

No trades on this one. I'd like to get $1050 shipped for it :)

Hey, would you be able to post a clip of this bass with more volume near the bridge? Or less in the neck?

I'm not sure if I can get this one, but I think i'm in love.

I can vouch ... this bass kills. Great tone and feel.

  5. Yep, here you go:

Some doodling (excuse the sloppy playing :p ). That's full bridge pickup and about half of the neck pickup.

Also, I've been told to inform people that it's got Medium Jumbo fretwire now, and not the vintage size that they usually have.
