Hate to do this, but I think this bass is probably better for someone who can fix the truss or for someone who would like a lot of good usable parts. Either way, you're getting a great deal. I love this bass (bought it off of a TBer a couple years ago) and it was my main recording bass until the truss rod said "uh-uh" recently. Everything else on the bass is great, it's just that the truss rod is maxed out. I have modded it with a 3-band Seymour Duncan preamp, which was a DRASTIC improvement over the stock preamp, IMHO. Here are the deets on the specific components of the bass: - 3-band Seymour Duncan preamp - MIJ hardware, including very heavy duty bridge and Gotoh-like tuners - Graphite-reinforced neck (not a graphite neck, but a sheet of graphite inside of the neck,) - Rosewood fretboard with nice wood grain and off-center position markers - Bolt-on neck in case you do find a replacement neck that will fit - Stock pickups that are MIJ For those unaware, Heartfield was a Fender, MIJ brand name from the late 80s & early 90s and their instruments were quite well made. Do a search and you should find plenty of info. I'll let this go for $150.00 + shipping to the lower 48 states only, please. PM me if interested. Trades? Not really looking for anything right now, but feel free to float something by me. I'll try to get better pics this weekend, but here's one for starters.
