    Hello TBers,

    Due to an unforeseen situation, I am forced to come up with some dough rather quickly... And alas, my beloved Nordy VJ5C Classic is up on the block. This bass is in GREAT condition and has been babied. When I acquired it, I had it shipped to Maurillio (Mo) for a once over/set up -- and, the Hi Beams he put on it are still fresh. Not to mention KILLER SETUP!

    The specs are as follows:

    34" scale
    Ash body (with awesome horizontal grain!)
    One piece satin finish maple neck (with skunk stripe!)
    9-14 degree fretboard radius
    Pearl blocks
    White binding
    Nordy 70's wind single coils
    Nordy 2 band preamp
    9 lbs!!!

    This is a decked out, top of the line Nordy 70's jazz bass. A $5,000 instrument...

    BUMP this was once mine and IMO one of the best examples of a 70's J Bass in 5 string.

    Looks amazing! What is the nut width and string spacing? I'm always interested in these when they have a 34" scale. What kind of position markers are there on the top edge of the board? Are they dark and easy to see?
