    This is a fully functioning Optek Fretlight FB-200 Bass guitar. There is wear on the instrument (detailed in photos), but it works perfectly as designed. The fretboard lights up to illustrate scales, chords, and notes. Sound controls are Volume/Volume/Tone. A wonderful training instrument if you have the cash.

    Please see all pictures (on Picasa) as most questions are answered in the images. Check TB forums for details on this instrument. Insured, ground shipping to continental USA via UPS/FedEx (based on cost).

    Side note: I am leaving the country for a week on 4/14/12, so contact may be suspended between 4/14 and 4/22. All normal domestic contact will resume after 4/22. (Just a heads up!).

    Does it comes with a software? I remember seeing a video of a guitar like this.

    There is no software needed for this bass. You dial in the scales and notes that you would like to see displayed and the guitar lights up. There is no midi involved (it is unlike the guitars which Optek continues to manufacture).

    what kind of feedback are you getting on this piece? I own the same bass guitar, purchased new in the early 90's. What I've encountered is a lot of people know nothing about these units, even at established music stores!
