I have a Cirrus 5 maple top/maple board for sale or trade for a 6 string bass. This has the top of the line tiger eye preamp installed on it (which is the same as their Millennium preamps).

It comes with hardshell case as well as the original Cirrus Preamp.

    Price is $775 shipped .

It is the wood they call "Tiger Eye" on those model basses. This is clearly a flamed maple cirrus with a different preamp than the regular Cirrus with a mid sweep. You can see the knob in the middle is shinier than the other rubber made ones. That is where the mid sweep is.

This has the millennium preamp which is the exact preamp as the Tiger Eye Bass, as was stated. This is not sold as, nor being passed off as the "TIGER EYE" bass. I can take pics of the preamp if you would like.

I think the words ran together "tiger eye preamp" and got me confused....no biggie. Nice flame. BTW, Mike Porcarro with Toto uses these exclusively. The Toto 25th Anniv Concert DVD displays this basses potential, amazing.

    Justa plug...

Man, if I didn't already have one of these, I'd be ALL OVER this bass... GREAT deal!!!

Maple board'd Cirrii are really unusual, and IMHO, look, play, and sound fantastic. Yeah, ok, the Pao Ferro board'd ones do too, but after playing both, I think I prefer my maple board'd 5 better. I also have upgraded the preamp in mine, so it's identical to this one except I bought all new knobs instead of just a new mid set.

I can't believe this bass has lasted this long!!!!

    Bump for an unreal deal.
