For sale is the Peavey Dyna Bass. Hands down the best bass ever made by Peavey.

Super Ferrite pickups. Active electroinics. Super low action

Great balance and light weight. FAST neck. And I mean super low action and with no buzz. A true race horse.

This bass is in powder gray. Great condition save for a couple of headstock nicks as pictured, and what was descrived to me as "rin rash" but basically looks like wear on the neck nowhere near where your ring would be. Sigh...

Anyway, let the pictures speak for themselves. Asking $315 shipped. As with my other FS posts, would consider any trades or trade/cash combo.

    Thanks.

    Yeah, it's THAT good.

And I forgot to mention the black hardware and Schaller roller bridge.

Why Peavey discontinued these I will never know.

PS - I am not really feeling it with the trade offers that have come through so here is what I would trade for, otherwise this is for sale only:

    EBMM SUB
    MIM Jazz
    G&L Tribute L2K
    Peavey T40
    Tokai P or J

    Thanks.

The string spacing at the bridge is adjustable. The spacing at the nut is like a Jazz Bass. I would buy this right now if it wasn't for the "ring rash". I had an all black version of this bass in the late 80's. You will not find a better sounding bass in this price range. These basses were HUGE. Big tone!

Master Volume control, pickup blend control and 3 band EQ with a Active/Passive switch.

  15. I've owned over 100 Peaveys... without paying $1000+ or going custom shop, this is the SINGLE best production Peavey.

If you like the speed of Foundatons and the sound of a Cirrus, this is a great mix.

I JUST sold one - it wasn't a smart move on my side.

IF I remember correctly, you can switch this standard ferrite (foundation) to active (cirrus) type sounds.
