Up for sale a great Bolin custom PJ bass

    http://www.bolinguitars.com/

Mostly known for ZZ Top builds, but also did the Steinberger/Bolin bass.

This is a slab body that is chambered ash and crazy light, I would guess around 8 pounds which considering the thickness is amazing. Killler birdseye neck w/ abalone inlays Badass bridge and passive Duncan pickups. Not much else to say, plays and sounds amazing. Kind of hard to capture well in pics, its a beautiful butterscotch finish and in 9 out of 10 condition.

    Ships in nice bag/case hybrid.

    More pics...

Thinking of selling the Mesa M3 in my album also...if you have a nice Trace Elliot lets talk.

    $1000 shipped via PayPal.

PM w/ questions - Thanks for looking

Are you positive the body is chambered? The reason I ask is because I believe I provided the swamp ash for the body, and my swamp ash is extremely light weight........when was that awesome bass built?

Not sure of build date, I am not original owner. Bolin's ad for these basses did say they were chambered so that is what I was going by. I will say the swamp ash you may have provided is AMAZING!!
