pm sent on the p bass.
Love the P bass with the signatures. Must sound better with the signatures.
...and easier to play to I Was Made To Love Her, Bernadette & It's A Shame!
Any trade interest? Love the Roscoe.
Yes. I'm looking for a Rosce Beck 4 (I really do like the sound of the Bill Lawrence pups), or any other well made 4 string that has a modern yet vintage vibe/sound, along the lines of a Lakland, Sadowsky or older Fender. I'm willing to trade + cash for a real "player".
I'm in search of THE ONE.
What's the B string like? Anything like a MM SR5?
I have no experience with 5's to answer you. This is the first 5 I ever played. I thought I could get into it, but, alas I'm a 4 stringer. I'm sure you can get an answer from another thread. Take care.
It's a great sounding B. I liked it almost as much as the B on my Bongo. Very clear, powerful and 'jazz-y' for a 34" bass. You really cannot go wrong with an RBV.
Just take note-this is a large bass. It's big.
The B-String on the RBV's are great. I had an SR5 and RBV at the same time, and installed the same strings (elixir) and the RBV B string was tighter.
Bump, plus, I'm willing to entertain trades. Things I'm interested: Girls
Schroeder 12 or 1210.
Ampeg B2 Combo older model preferred (4x8, not 1x15).
Eden WT-400 (not WT300 or 600).
Kolbe (Harry) cabs
umm......... hmm. That's about it for now.
What year is the RB5? Did you buy it from Music123?
Purchased in '04. I'm the 2nd owner.
The girl I bought it from bought it somewhere in Los Angeles. Unfortch, I don't have her receipt, however she did give me the hangtag.
