Well the time has come to sell my Sadowsky NYC UV4...

    For Sale Only.

    -Alder Full Size Body
    -Brazilian Rosewood Fingerboard
    -20 frets, 9" Radius
-Sadowsky Single Coil J Pickups in '60's Position
    -Sadowsky Pre-amp w/VTC
    -Chrome Hardware
-NITRO Fiesta Red finish w/Matching Headstock
    -Tort Guard
    -Schaller Strap Locks
    -Sadowsky Gig Bag
    -8.4 Lbs

The bass was built in 2006, and is in Mint condition. There is no Fret wear at all, no dings on the headstock. As I do with all my Basses, Nitro on back of neck has been sanded to give a smooth non-tacky feel. There are 2 tiny dings that I tried to capture in the photos below on the back of the bass, and 1 little chip out on the side of the neck pocket. See pictures below. Otherwise the bass is Perfect!

Just recently set-up with Ernie Ball Hybrid Slinky's and low action.

This was the First Sadowsky I built for myself, and always said it was here to stay, but the the bills are coming in faster than I can pay them...So it's time to go!

$3400.00 .....PRICE DROP (7/24)....$3200 shipped in the USA! If over seas I will get you a price quote.
    Paypal or USPS Money Order(preferred).

Sometimes you see a bass here that just makes you stop and go: WOW. I sure wish I could afford this now. What an incredible instrument.

Oh, COME ON! Are you just being mean? This is NOT FAIR dude. I have to buy my kids clothes for school and stuff. And maybe pay the utility bills. You're just going to wave this thing in front of me? Not cool.

Hey Rob - In your opinion, does this bass play better then the Will Lee Proto that you sold me? That bass kills.

Neck profile is different. WL has a thinner nut Both have low action. Red bass has the neck sanded. Red bass is lighter and the tone is more in line w an old Fender J. Alder/rosewood vs ash/ebony. Different vibe

I love this bass. Just sings!

Also, he built this bass and the WL I sold you. He knows how to assemble a killer instrument and his set ups are steller

    Thanks Rob! Much appreciated.
um.......same builder? The WL proto is absolutely amazing and I've always had a thing for alder w/ rosewood. This has now become something that I'll have to consider.
    Again thanks for your input.
