    TRADED!! Thanks Drivenmore. :bassist:

I have a Sadowsky Metro RV5 with the VTC. Its ‘59 sunburst with tort pickguard, alder body and rosewood fret-board. This bass is amazing. I can’t say enough about it. Great tone, excellent playability, perfect construction. The only reason I’m selling it is because I’m going back to the four string.

This bass is in great condition, it has three pencil tip size dings. Two by the control plate. And one on the top side where you would rest you right forearm if you were playing.
Other than that is in great shape.

    Serial number:M399

Comes with the Sadowsky ultralight case, Schaller strap locks, and a really nice 3” Warrior leather strap (cost me $100).

    $1800 shipped

I might consider trading, but I’m really only interested in old jazz basses.
PM me or email me matt@takenband.com

Sorry about the pictures, I have the worst camera on the planet.

please excuse my ignorance but what is the difference between a MV5 and an RV5? Also would you consider shipping to Australia? I've dealt with TB'ers before all good, %100 positive eBay, verified PayPal, supporting member ... :hyper:
  5. MV5 = Maple (fingerboard) Vintage style 5 string

RV5= Rosewood (fingerboard) Vintage style 5 string

The MV5 also has an ash body and the RV5 has an alder body.

I resent it. I'll take it, with the stipulation you can take payment next week.
