I am a terrible woodworker and got in way over my head trying to modify two different Warmoth 32" necks. All modifications were performed embarrassingly poorly and do a very accurate job reflecting my novice wood working skills. On the first neck, I modified the standard headstock to a 3+1 by hacking off the G string tuner hole. It looks pretty sad, but it can be saved by someone more skilled than myself. I never did end up drilling the hole for the fourth tuner but it is marked with pencil. On the second, I only modified the headstock shape slightly. I did a bad job of plugging the tuner mounting holes with dowels. I also plugged the stock neck mounting holes and redrilled them so that the neck would fit the non-Warmoth body I was using. All modifications are extremely rough. The edges of both headstocks will need serious sanding to get clean them up. Both necks are in great shape otherwise and do have pre-cut Corian nuts installed. Both necks are maple with rosewood boards. Both necks are raw with no finish. There is no possible way that I can know if these necks will fit your project. All dimensions that I have are listed below. Scale: 32" Nut width: 1.5" Heel Width: 2.375" Frets: 21 These are the images from Warmoth's website, laying out the important measurements.
