I have finally come to the realization that I suck at guitar and I have no business owning such a nice one. This is a US made PRS CE22. It has a beautiful mahogany body with a flamed maple top and awesome natural maple binding in the finish. The neck is maple with an Indian rosewood fretboard. This is quite honestly the NICEST guitar I have ever played. I've let a few guitar player use it during practice and every one of them raves about for days. The setup is close to perfect with low action and almost no relief. The pickups are the stock PRS Dragons. The varitone switch was replaced with a three way pickup selector, which is a very common mod with these. You can also pull the tone know up for single coil mode. In humbucker mode it is super thick and bluesy. Single coil mode is more aggressive and a little cleaner for chord work. The guitar is in great condition with some players wear. There is some light pick hazing on the top, a couple of dings on the edge of the body, and the ubiquitous marks on the headstock from hanging a nitro finished guitar on a wall hanger. The guitar also sports a tremolo, but I've never used it and I don't have the bar. It ships in a very nice, fitted, hardshell case, but the 2 locks are broken. One latch still works fine.

    I like the heart-shaped cavity cover. :D
Shame I'm not more into guitar than I currently am, that guitar is a beauty! :atoz:

Thanks man! This guitar isn't nearly as red as it looks in the pics. The top has red stain, but the back is more of a natural mahogany look. It's perty.

I've decided to hold on to it for now. Thanks for all the interest.

I've decided to let this one go again. I'm looking to buy an Alembic Spoiler and I need the cash. I'd also be happy to trade this towards a nice Les Paul.

    New Price: $1100 plus shipping.

    Thanks
