I bought this from the original owner during my “I must have a Red Vintage MIJ Fender Bass” stage. It is in the same condition as the day I bought it and always kept clean and well-maintained. I have barely used it. Very sharp and hot! A genuine classic and hard to believe this bass is 2.5 decades old!

So, it’s part of my Spring cleaning. I have purchased too many basses here lately (Thanks Larry, Mike, Chris and Denny ) so some need to go to a new home.

This is my Candy Apple Red, Very Sharp, Clean, Vintage (’84-’87) Made in Japan Fender Precision Bass in excellent condition!

Serial # is: E835297 (Fuji-gen Plant (for Fender Japan), Japan)

It is all stock and comes with the Fender Hard Case Shell (in very nice shape).

Hovering at about 8 lbs on my scale.

Maple neck with Rosewood Fret-board.

Nut width looks to be 1.6875”.

Other than one small nick at the bottom, the bass has very little wear. You would never know that this is a 25 year old instrument.
