All original White Fender Japanese Marcus Miller Jazz Bass

I added a passive tone pot as per Sadowsky wiring instructions.
Changed the active EQ pots to a stacked pot with chrome concentric knobs.
white 1 ply pickguard from Chandler.
    Gotoh 201B chrome bridge.
    4 Bolt neck conversion

Bass is very light (for a Jazz Bass) I'd say about 9lbs. (its lighter than my American basses!)

I'm keeping my 2 american jazz basses and thinning the herd.

$750.00 usd shipped! CONUS only. paypal preferred.

    thanks for looking!

Always loved these. Are they mainly just Slap Machines? Can you get some good, warm fingerstyle tones from it?
    Thx.

I got some good fingerstyle from it. Especially after I added the passive tone pot.

The 70's spaced bridge pickup can get very nasally when solo'd. Kind of a jacoish sound, but slap is where it really shines. I didn't experiment with any mellower strings, but I bet its in there...

Ah. I guess that'll be like putting standard rims and tires on a '70 Chevelle SS. Not quite what it's designed for. Thx 4 the reply.

Uh, yeah I do! See line 2! Would you rather I use 'those' words instead? Fact of the matter is this a great bass for a great price!
