    Well folks here you have a dead mint 2007 G&L JB2 in pearlescent white, with rosewood fret board and optional white neck binding. All original hardware, pickups and other accruements. Not a darned thing wrong with this bass - plays like butter, perfect neck, low action, not a single scratch, dent or ding on it. I guess I am just bored of it. I am looking for a similar condition and value trade.

    Some more detail for folks on this bass.

    Serial #CLF45362. I have verified the bass with G&L directly as a 2007 JB2 USA Pearlescent Gloss White, Rosewood, Optional White Neck Binding, #8 neck, Satin Finish on neck, sold to a dealer in Boca Raton, FL. Weighs in at exactly 9 lbs.

    Tell me what you've got for trade and we'll talk. Preference is to a Stingray HH or Sterling HH but I am open to others. Pictures below - I can send more high res images. Will ship as well. We can work out those details if we can make a deal. Look forward to your offers!

    Adding a few more pics as requested. The plastic is still on the black rear cover...

    Sorry Low Class - missed your PM - just saw it. No I would rather trade the bass than sell it. I guess you could make an offer but as my OP stated I am really looking to trade.

    Just my opinion, but the G&L is equivalent or better than the American Fender basses, or Musicman, in terms of workmanship, finish, and sound! It is also, I think, underrated and underpriced, compared with the competition. I don't know why more people don't but G&Ls. I have three;
    a Climax, an ASAT, and a JB2.

    ASAT (and L-2000) are closer to the Musicman (active) sound, and JB and JB2 are closer to Fender passive jazz basses.

    What number neck is on this bass? Also is the neck finish gloss or satin? And weight if possible as well. Thanks!
