I got the vintage Fender GAS recently, so this is the combined trade offer:

    Atelier Z M265 + '81 Tokai Hard Puncher for your 70's jazz

    AtelierZ006.

    Tokai017.

Boutique take on 70's jazz fiver and vintage P for you.
You all know the Ateliers, no need to advertise.. check also the clips. The Tokai is as good as any 70s P I have played. Moreover - it is the looker!

For trade I am looking for the MIA Jazz bass from the late 70's (oly white would be the winner right here...)

In trade I am offering the Atelier Z+Tokai or Atelier Z+cash.

Give me a PM, thank you.

    Sorry, no CIJ, MIM, etc.

Although I admire a lot the early CIJ instruments, I am not looking for them now.

I am really after the MIA Jazz from 70's, the real deal.

  4. Hi Nemo,
I never thought I would be tempted to trade my original 75 Jazz, but that Atelier Z M265 sounds fantastic in the clips... very nice playing by the way! I also like the Tokai basses... Anyway, I am at work at the moment so have no pics until later, but I do have a 1975 Fender Jazz in great condition. It is 3 tone sunburst with maple fingerboard, pearl blocks. Serial number is 615*** The back pickup was changed for another 70's pickup because the original got very low, however I still have the original pickup and would include it. It could be re-wound, I just never got around to getting it done. Some fret wear as you would expect but not too bad. Other than that shes completely original. Sounds and plays great, nice action, really warm tone, but lots of sparkle too when you need it , just what a 70's jazz is supposed to sound like !!! Weight is about 9.5 - 10 lbs... not sure exactly. I dont have the original case, just a regular old jazz bass case. I have it strung with Thomastik jazz flats at the moment, they are my favourite strings and sound fabulous on the bass. I cant say much more really, you need to see some pictures. Let me know if you think you are interested and I will forward some on later tonight from home...
    best wishes ;)
    Dave
