SOLD FT/FS Armen ARO 5 string

Hi Guys, It may be time for this bass to find a new home although I really will be sorry to see it go if it does. Only reason for the trade or sale is because Im just needing a more "Airy" type of tone. be it an Acoustic or a Fretless.

This is a very rare Armen ARO 5 string 18mm spacing walnut body and walnut fretboard, Bart Pre with Armen Pickup (it may also be a Bart, Im not sure) I just strung the bass up with Fodera steels with a tapered B the action is low and plays so well. The tone is actually on the vintage side, kinda like a tighter P bass type of tone, although the bass is pretty versatile for sure. the controls are Vol/Stacked Bass and Treble and Mid/ (push/pull, active/passive on the vol control)

here is the original thread with pics, the bass has a few minor hits here and there but ultimately its clean and plays sweetly!
this does not come with a case but will be packed very well.

will sell for $1200 shipped in the conus only, payment by paypal echeck or money order, personal checks are cool but of course need to clear before shipment.

Tradewise Im looking for a lined fretless 4 or 5 string, or a nice acoustic fretted or lined fretless think Tacoma and up (+cash if need be on your end), not interested in Kelley's/Ibanez/etc.

Could also be interested in a nice semi hollow body, maybe a hofner?... let me know what you have and thanks for looking.
