SOLD FT/FS feeler '06 Jetglo Rickenbacker MINT

This bass was traded to me a while back, and was covetted by it's previous owner as one of the best Ricks he'd ever owned/played (out of MANY). It has the VERY NICE vintage/modern push/pull tone cap knob that '05s and earlier don't have.

I wish I'd never traded my '92 Rick for a 6 string bass many years ago, cause now I just can't do without a B string. And unfortunately I use the G a lot too, so BEAD tuning is not an option .

I've used this bass on a few covers at rehearsal but never gigged it, sounds phenomenal! Very stable neck, plays so easy! You should see the crowd gather at the GC when I bring her in, haha.

Upgraded with the Hipshot bridge, so now you can play between the pup cover and the bridge without string mutes getting in the way. Original bridge available upon request, NO SOLDER JOINTS BROKEN, so it can be returned to stock in 10 minutes w/ a screwdriver. I wrapped the ground plate/mutes in aluminum foil (for grounding) and tucked them into the recess under the bridge, perfectly grounded and easily undone .

Comes w/ the Rick HSC and case candy including poster. It's the black gator-style case, and it has a crack from shipping, not bad though.

I'm interested in 35" (or greater) scale 6ers, prefer birdseye maple fretboards but may be swayed, also may be tempted by the right 5ers or a Bass Whammy.

May do an outright sell, $1549 w/ HSC and stock bridge. Buyer to pay actual shipping and insurance. Will ship to ConUS and Canada.

Yes, the '06s are supposed to have a thinner neck than previous years. This bass is MINT, in new condition, no scratches, dings, etc.
