    hi there TBers!

I recently added this to my PB.
Really like it - some claim it's actually a very good clone of Fulltone OCD V1 (I have seen a parallel testing and it really sounds the same:D)

what I want to know - anyone use it with bass?
    Or OCD?

because I LOVE the sound (I like teh grittyness), but sometimes I feel the lack of low end...

btw, my rig is GK Fusion 550 + Ampeg SVT810E + Fender P Bass Special.

    cheers!

Yes, many bassists use the Fulltone OCD as a bass drive as it's warm and tubelike in nature. V3 is the most bass-friendly reported version.

    thank you for the response.

If here are some people who use it, can you list the settings?

That's kind of a moot point. All that should matter to you is how you could use it, ya know? Are you playing heavy, quiet, punk, garage, etc.? Bass? Amp? Bassists you like the sound of?

  6. my favorite od pedal hands down. I set the trim pot to full and turn on the dip switch. It gets real thick and swampy. One of the most organic pedals I've used.

    @ rratajski - my rig is GK Fusion 550 + Ampeg SVT810E + Fender P Bass Special.
when clean, I like my sound CLEAN, with lots of headroom.
Clear brights, warm lows. ZING ZING - yes, BWA BWA - no:)
So, what I want from a drive pedal is the sound what i get from this
OCD/Cool cat... It's just I think it screws up the low end a bit...

@Sammyfallen - yeah, I also like it's very organic sound, but keep in mind - mine is
actually a Danelectro Cool cat (OCD clone), so I don't have the switch
    and the trim pot:(

  8. This is a old thread, but, if you still have this pedal you do have those switches. Mine was a de ccd as well.
