Fully Parametric Onboard.... anyone willing and able to do it? for $$??

First, let me say, I am an ER 11, 12 string instrument player.

I am curious if there any onboard preamp manufacturers, or even preamp nerds, who would be interested in making an onboard preamp that is:

1. fully parametric
2. Including frequency selection/boost/cut concentrics
3. Q controls

I know that some such preamps exist having been commissioned on a private level. Most 4-7 string bass players, indeed, have no need for this. I ask that you please laugh out loud on your own, but please, if you know someone, I would appreciate it.

If your are out there, please feel free to contact me so we can have discussions. I am serious about this sophisticated project, and motivated to make it happen; so I am not just "wondering" or being hypothetical.
