Anyone can recomend some good bass tabs that are good, EASY and good for a beginner to practice with?;)

  2. Well really the stuff that is good to play is the music that you like. One of my firsts was Green Day's When I Come Around (http://www.talkbass.com/tab/tabview...&band=green_day&song=when_i_come_around.btab). Unless you want to play along with the CD you can get away with not detuning your bass. Also Rage's Take the Power Back (http://www.talkbass.com/tab/tabview...nst_the_machine&song=take_the_power_back.btab) is a great place to start with slapping. You do need to drop the E string to D for this.

The best this to do is think of the music you like and have a look through the Tab Archive here on TB.

    Have fun

  4. You may try Nirvana's 'in bloom' or maybe 'song2' by Blur.

  5. Try Type o Negative - Black no.1

Blues Brothers - Peter Gunn Theme

Nirvana - Come as you are

  6. Feel good inc by the gorillaz. Great groovey line.
