    Hi,

    Great video!
I was just wondering, is it a pro series or a German star bass?

Pro Series Warwick basses are built in Korea from primarily German parts-hardware and electronics =) I own 4 basses from this series and find them to be excellent. I use my Star Bass on the road often, as well as my Streamer LX 4, Thumb BO5, Corvette 6 Bubinga are all great sounding, looking, and playing instruments.

    Thanks for your input Andy!

I'm currently saving in order to get a German Star bass, that's why I came accross your video. These pro series do sound really good.

I'm just going to go a little off topic, but since you probably had the chance to play both, how would you compare the bubinga version vs. the maple one?

By the way, I am the happy owner of a brand new custom shop streamer lx 5 :)

The maple is a brighter and has more even traditional low to high freq range, with very clear highs and tight defined lows. The Bubinga version has a more oral low mid and a tonal richness that is extremely unique, Both are wonderful, there is not one better than the other, this is my honest opinion.

I think I'll go for the bubinga version then! Thanks
