No commercial connection to this guy, I just thought some luthier-hobbyist here might be interested in an unusual find.

I just came across this inlay supplier from a link on Phil Mailloux' homepage. But, on the last page of the site, they are offering original, painted Zeta bodies for only $75.

The marbled one looks seriously cool, like a Ritter.

Main problem might be doing pup routing on a painted body, but I think Warmoth does that, so it's possible.

Does anyone have a picture of an original Zeta bass guitar? I've never seen one. All I've found are pics of the EUB.

I was wondering what kind of headstock was paired with that body in the originals.

Did anyone happen to save a picture of the marbled one? It looks as if he has removed the image since it was sold.

Does Warmoth (or anyone?) make a neck that fits that pocket?

That teal one is seriously cool.

You know, that angled bottom looks so much like an MTD. Wouldn't if be fantastic if Tobias could sell you an MTD Kingston or MTD USA neck to fit...
