I usually run my GK 10001rb thru a GK rbx 15 and an rbx 2 10.

Can I run thru the 2 10 only or just the 15?

Sure can ! Try each one individually and see what you like better. Both good sounding cabinets on their own or together.

The power will be a little less from the amp however still quite loud considering that 1001RB's output.

The RBX cabs are rated at 400 watts aren't they? So as long as you don't crank it to full volume you will be fine. Is your head the 1001RB or RBII? The older RB is 540 watts at 8 ohms while the RBII is 460 watts at 8 ohms.
