G&L Bass, Line 6 POD, BOSS Dr-5 For trade

    I've got some stuff sitting around that I'm not using. Was thinking about possibly trading some of it, or all of it, for stuff that I could use. Here it is:

    G&L SB-1 bass: My guess is that it's about 10 years old. Very good condition. The neck and headstock are mint. The body has several VERY small dings in it, but none thru the finish. I use Schaller strap locks, and it looks like that is possibly what caused them. Guess I should be more careful. Great sounding bass. Actually louder than my Stingray. It is black, with black pickguard, maple board. I just don't use it since I switched to 5 string. I also have the original TOLEX covered hard case.

    I have a Line 6 POD for guitar, for you recording enthusiasts. I don't even pick up a guitar anymore, so I haven't used it for a year or more. I have the manual, the software, and some MIDI cables.

    Boss DR-5: Most of you know what it is and what it does. It would be easier to list what it doesn't do. Great for recording, but I'd be just as well off with a $17 metronome.

    Tech 21 Bass Compactor compression pedal.

    DOD Bass Envelope Filter. I've just discovered that I'm really not an effects kinda guy.


    That's the stuff I've got and don't need. Here is some of the stuff I could use.


    Amp Gear: It's just a matter of time till I'm gonna need more than my B-100R will give me. I'm looking for a more powerful head and cabinet, or a high watt combo with extension out.

    Stage monitors: Looking for a pair of passive 12 or 15 inch with horn.

    Bass POD. (maybe ?)

    Bass overdrive pedal. (Maybe just this one effect)

    Volume Pedal. Preferably Ernie Ball mono.


    That's all I can think of for now. I'm sure I'll think of more to add to the wish list. If you've got a deal for me, let me know. Use e-mail if you want to. I can send pics if interested.

    hey, i have an inquiry about the envelope filter. is it the fx 25 or fx 25b? does the pedal have a true bypass? how much would you want for it? thanks, ryan

    Ryan: It is a FX25B. I don't know about true bypass.

    Matthew: I may consider a cash sale if I don't get a good trade offer. I've got ads posted in a couple of different places. Waiting to see what comes in.

    what i mean about the bypass is.....if the effect is off, does it cut any frequency or volume or is it like it is not even in the chain, giving full signal from the bass? what kind of price are you lookin' for. is $25 including shipping too low of a price? thanks, ryan

    Ryan, I know what true bypass is, I just don't know if this particular pedal is the true bypass type. To be real honest, I've only used it for about 10 minutes. Just doesn't turn me on.
