Discussion in 'Basses [BG]' started by christos, Oct 25, 2000.

  1. Somebody please help I want to drop G&L a line to let them know how utterly P#$$ed off I am that I have been waiting since June for a L-2500 that was supposed to arrive in September. I swear this is not a custom order just a basic 5 string. I'm so glad I didn't buy the Stingray that was on the wall!!!! KNOTT!!!!!

I have the snail mail address but I need the e-mail.....

.......if you grove it, they will come........
  2. .....sorry I spelled "groove" wrong......

    I swear I could spell........
  3. I'm sure their e-mail address will be on their website:

Shouldn't you be enquiring to the place where you placed the order in the first place?

I agree with Rob. The people who took your money should be the ones who need to be informed. If they can't deliver the goods within the timeframe both parties agreed upon, you should be entitled to a refund.

  5. Scratch that post, it came in today........

By the way, the store that I purchased it at is owned by a friend, who shall remain nameless, and he was disturbed too......
