I'm parting with a G&L L-2000 that is an exceptional instrument, but am forcing myself to stick with only a few axes, and am in love with a Warwick Thumb NT. I am third owner, but the first reportedly kept it under his bed. Condition is excellent - no dings or scratches. A mount for an extra string tree is between the E and A strings. Nice, dark rosewood fingerboard. Professional set-up with medium-low action and DR Sunbeam strings. But the real deal is the chunk of wood - a heavy piece of deeply grained swamp ash (11 pounds on my bathroom scale) and an exceptionally solid sound - have compared side-by-side with a few other L2Ks, and this one truly has big, strong --yet clear -- bottom. If you are working with a big-foot drummer, then you need this bass! I may kick myself for letting this one go, but I've promised the spouse not to become a collector... My photos seem to contain too many Kbs for this system, but I'll try to email them to those with genuine interest. I'm looking for $750.00.
