I am the original single owner, bought new approx 2000? at Bass Northwest in Seattle. Never gigged, lightly used, only minor player wear. Beautiful wood and Honeyburst finish. Plays perfectly with fantastic tone. Neck measures 1.51" at the nut, which should be a #6 or #8 neck. G&L hard shell case included. $800 includes shipping to lower 48. Weight on good kitchen scale 9lbs 15.9oz. No trades -sorry - I just bought an Aerodyne jazz!

Not really interested in a trade at this point. Just bought an aerodyne so the gas is settled for the moment! Thanks for the interest and compliments.

Great looking instrument. Do you know what neck profile this features, beyond the "P bass style neck" description? Before July 1, 2015, G&L neck profiles included those found here: G&L USA Bass Options.

I just measured the neck at 1.51" at the nut. Wow. Always felt it was a lot chunkier than my jazz bass and maybe it feels that way, but it isn't any wider at the nut. I tried to make a couple templates to figure out the fretboard radius but it was not conclusive. So the best I can do for now is to say it must be a #6 or #8.

Wow, that's unexpected... I'm glad I asked. Thank you for checking. 1.5" is what I was hoping you'd report, but, again, not what I was expecting. Definitely giving this some serious thought.

I'm glad you asked as well. I'm glad I didn't mislead someone inadvertently. If it is important to know whether it is a 6 or an 8 I would be happy to investigate further. Perhaps I can try to make a better set of templates etc.

I don't know how important it is, but if you don't mind looking into it further, I would appreciate knowing the radius. Thanks.
